PARTY WALL NOTICE: FROM £50+ VAT per notice
Serving a notice is the first step. Depending on your neighbour’s response, you may also need a Schedule of Condition and Party Wall Award.
SCHEDULE OF CONDITION: FROM £450 + VAT
Your neighbour may indicate they consent to the works following issue of the notice but require a Schedule of Condition to avoid any possible disputes should damage occur to their property during your works.
PARTY WALL AWARD: FROM £800 + VAT per Award
If consent to the works is not received from your neighbours, you will need to resolve matters with a Party Wall Award. The cost of a Party Wall Award includes the Party Wall Notices and the Schedule of Condition. We will offer a discount where more than one Award is required.
Pricing for Adjoining Owners
Where we act for an Adjoining Owner, our costs are £150 + VAT per hour (payable by the Building Owner).
